Our Professional sales assistants are more than happy to show you around the park and assist in choosing the perfect plot for your needs. To hold the plot you will need to leave a non-refundable deposit of £1000 for a 90 day rolling contract.

Once you have picked your plot our sales assistants will book a time that suits you to guide you through the design of your Lodge. You will come to our sales centre which has all of the internal colour options and many samples available to view. Simply put, there is nothing that cannot be changed with these lodges, from the general layout, tile and carpet choices to high quality one-off special items. We also offer a wide range of disability extras including low threshold doors, wet rooms and reduced kitchen counter heights to make your lodge suit any disability needs and be entirely usable for you. We can usually accommodate anything you require so please do not hesitate to ask.

Now you have your lodge designed you need to design the perfect plot to suit. We have our own construction company at Redwood Parks so we are able to offer a high standard product at a reasonable price. As a standard all of the lodges come with the following included in the price;

• Matching Skirting and steps/a ramp and a step
• An approximately 30m2 two car block paved driveway
• Paved paths around the home with a 12m2 patio area
• Grass laid to the remainder of the plot

Taking these into account we will draw you a plot layout with the standard features laid out and then you can alter this however you wish.

We have many options including;

• Concrete sectional sheds

Once you have completed the first three steps we will be able to give you an exact turn key price down to the penny for everything you have designed. We will give you estimates throughout the design process so you are aware of the costing as you go to avoid any surprises. Once this is agreed you will pay 10% of the agreed price and we will order your lodge.

The lodge usually takes around three months from order to completion but we will update you with dates as we go along. Upon arrival of your lodge we will carry out all of the external works agreed to meet your requests. Once all internal and external work is completed you are ready to sign and enjoy your new luxury holiday lodge.
